We understand that sometimes, even after choosing your items carefully, there may be reasons to want to make a return or exchange.

 

Returns

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a return authorization number.

2. Items Eligible for Return

- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original labels and packaging. We will also ask you to provide a photo of the item(s) before confirming the exchange - Custom-made products, sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns.

3. Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a product defect or error on our part.

4. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
  • Carefully package the item to be returned.
  • Include the return authorization number in the package.
  • Ship the package to the address we will provide.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you a notification regarding the status of your refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Product Exchanges

Currently, we would like to inform you that we are unable to accept exchanges for our items.

If you wish to return a product, please follow our standard return procedure. Subsequently, we invite you to place a new order for the product you would like as a replacement.

We understand that this may be inconvenient, but this approach enables us to ensure a swift and efficient processing of returns, as well as to guarantee the availability of our products. We assure you that we are doing our best to simplify this process as much as possible.
